We’re on the hunt for a next-level IT Service Delivery Manager who’s proactive, passionate, and ready to take ownership of our tech landscape. What You’ll Be Owning Oversee IT service delivery to meet business requirements, SLAs, and quality standards. Act as the main contact between IT and the wider business, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement Ensure users receive the support and performance needed for effective operations Monitor service metrics, identify trends, and report performance, driving continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction Collaborate with Tech and Transformation teams to integrate and support new technologies Manage third-party vendors to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met Support change management to minimize disruption during upgrades or transitions Maintain service delivery documentation, including policies and procedures Lead the implementation of a new ITIL-aligned ITSM platform and enhance service delivery using AI, automation, and virtual agents Overhaul processes to ensure scalability and future growth Proven experience in managing IT service delivery across multi-site and / or international environments, ideally withing a heavily regulated industry where compliance and data protection are critical Strong background in implementing and operating enterprise ITSM platforms and tools, ideally including AI-driven solutions ITIL certification (Foundation level or above) Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment Solid understanding of cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments Experience with automation and self-service technologies to improve service efficiency and user experience Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and strong analytical and reporting skills What Makes You a Rockstar You’re not just reactive—you’re proactive.
