Job Description

We're partnered with a UK-based construction and civil engineering company who are looking for a Waste Manager who will lead waste management excellence across the construction and utilities sector. You’ll be at the heart of shaping greener practices, influencing change, and helping to build a more sustainable future.


What You Will Be Doing:


* Championing Change – Lead the development of waste management standards that go beyond compliance and drive innovation.
* Collaborating Widely – Work closely with site teams, internal teams, project managers, and external partners to promote recycling and waste minimisation.
* Advising with Purpose – Provide expert guidance on environmental legislation and future-proof strategies.
* Driving Data-Driven Decisions – Monitor and report environmental performance to help the business and clients make informed choices.
* Inspiring Culture – Deliver engaging environmental awareness initiatives that empower teams to make a difference.
