The main duties will include diary management, minute taking, travel arrangements, event organisation, office administration, fielding calls and good use of online management systems. * PA / Secretarial Experience
* Minute experience essential
* Diary management
* Use of online diary management and co-ordination
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Booking travel and accomodation
* Accomplished administrator
* Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
* Available for an immediate start
What you'll get in returnThis is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday 9-5, looking for an immediate start, parking on site.
