Your Role
As a key part of our final inspection team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle leaves our site in pristine condition. From carrying out detailed quality checks to polishing and rectifying minor defects, you’ll help us exceed customer expectations every time.
Key Responsibilities
14. Conduct thorough inspections of completed vehicle repairs
15. Polish and refine paintwork to remove blemishes and achieve a flawless finish
16. Ensure compliance with manufacturer, industry, and internal quality standards
17. Work collaboratively with painters and technicians to correct any minor imperfections
18. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in final inspection and handover areas
What We’re Looking For
19. Previous experience in quality control or polishing within the automotive repair industry
20. Excellent eye for detail and a passion for achieving perfection
21. Strong communication and time management skills
22. A proactive and professional approach to work
23. A full UK driving licence is essential
