About The Role Due to continued expansion in our Sewer Renovation division, we are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Supervisor covering works across the UK. The role is to provide supervision and technical leadership to the existing sewer renovation team and the Lanes Group sales team regarding rehabilitation of the drainage network using CIPP no dig technology. No two days are the same in this role as you will be providing technical and operational support and mentoring on a wide range of sewer rehabilitation techniques including UV/LED, hot/ambient cure lining, patch lining as well as robotic cutting. This role services the entire Lanes Group across the UK, therefore working away from home will be required on an ad-hock basis to suit the needs of the business or location of the contracts, with accommodation and agreed expenses and costs covered by the company. Liaise and work closely with both external and internal parties to deliver all works to a high standard in line with varying project constraints and requirements To provide onsite support to the Sewer Renovation teams and be active with difficult/challenging projects. Project critical problem solving and decision making. Develop and coach less experienced colleagues in all aspects of Sewer Rehabilitation. About You The ideal candidate must have extensive sewer renovation knowledge and be reactive to ongoing situations as they develop. Ability to lead, advise and guide on an operational level with the site teams and clients alike. Previous onsite installation experience - all aspects of Sewer Renovation Ability to communicate and engage stakeholders at all levels, from site engineers, office co-workers, wider Lanes teams/depots and clients. Flexibility to work across all shift patterns and locations. A current CSCS card is also desirable. Confined space entry qualification is preferable but not essential. You will hold a full UK licence with no more than 3 points and you must be prepared to travel throughout the UK and stay overnight whilst on projects. Experience of Sewer Rehabilitation processes. Experience within a similar role. Experience managing staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
