There’s an opportunity for you here as a Mobile Plumber to join one of our new contracts for Birmingham City University. You will be responsible for the plumbing maintenance of 26 buildings around the Birmingham area.
The Role
1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
2. Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
3. Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
4. Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
5. Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
6. Maintaining site based records and log books
7. Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
8. Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
9. Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
10. Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email
Hours of Work
11. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
12. 1 in 4 call out (likely to change to 1 in 7) paid at an additional weekly cost

Qualifications and Experience Required
27. City & Guilds Plumbing level 3
28. Experience working in a commercial environment
