About You
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Portadown store. You will lead the sales team by example, applying an excellent understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to deliver outstanding customer service. Ideally you should have experience as a supervisor in a similar environment, though other relevant experience will be considered.
About The Role
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting as needed
* Open and close the store following security procedures
* Maintain high standards of merchandise and ensure the shop floor is clean and well presented
* Ensure products are priced correctly and displayed to maximise appeal
* Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided if necessary)
