We seek a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our molecular sensing technology platform, where graphene's ultra-sensitivity and fast response redefine molecular detection. This role involves developing advanced sensing platforms for sectors such as industrial safety, biotech, environmental monitoring, and healthcare.
Graphene is enabling a new generation of molecular sensing — from ultra-sensitive point-of-care diagnostics to wearables and portable chemical monitors. As Product Manager, you will shape the first commercial applications of this frontier technology.

Shape the Future of Molecular Sensing
Lead the application of graphene electronics to create ultra-sensitive, scalable, and durable molecular sensors. Focus initially on ion, pH, and gas sensing solutions, advancing medical diagnostics, agriculture, environmental monitoring, and food quality control through partnerships.
Bridge Science and Market
Identify target markets where graphene offers key advantages over legacy sensors, translating scientific discoveries into product requirements that meet regulatory and operational needs. Drive validation efforts with industrial and life sciences partners.
Drive End-to-End Product Execution
Manage the product roadmap from prototyping to environmental testing, integration, and customer pilots. Coordinate development efforts and ensure smooth transition to manufacturing and deployment.
Lead Customer Discovery & Engagement
Engage with researchers, OEMs, and system integrators to understand needs and ensure product-market fit. Conduct deep discovery in manufacturing, chemical processing, agriculture, and utilities. Build customer partnerships for pilots and feedback.
Translate Technology into Real-World Products
Work with scientists, engineers, and electronics experts to develop scalable sensing platforms for industrial use, defining product requirements based on standards and customer use cases.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in product management or technical development for industrial sensors or related fields.
* Experience bringing hardware products from concept to scale in B2B contexts.
* Strong systems thinking, balancing materials science, electronics, and customer needs.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across teams.
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
Advantageous Skills
* Deep understanding of sensor technologies and molecular detection principles.
* Background in 2D materials.
* Knowledge of industrial standards and certifications.
* Experience with research labs or translational projects.
* Interdisciplinary background preferred.
