* Hourly Rate: £11.44
* Location: Brighton
* Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm
We are looking for a project coordinator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a thriving research company in Brighton.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an office environment and possess strong telephone and administrative skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Understanding project requirements
* Creating respondent screeners and profile sheets
* Conducting recruitment telephone calls and confirming participant data
* Conducting telephone interviews and recording information
* Completing documentation and entering data into systems
* Liaising with external recruitment partners to coordinate work and verify incoming data
* Handling logistical tasks such as booking venues and catering
* Providing project updates and progress reports to Project Managers, including highlighting challenges
