Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will coordinate the logistical and operational delivery of Verosa’s leadership and management development programmes. You will work closely with clients, Verosa’s network of expert associates and the COO to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. This role requires strong organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently and warmly, both in writing and by phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Project & Participant Logistics
* Plan and manage logistics for workshops and programmes (venues, travel, accommodation, materials).
* Liaise with clients and associates to confirm requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
* Client & Associate Coordination
* Act as the main point of contact for all programme arrangements and communications.
* Support facilitators with scheduling, preparation and on-the-day delivery needs.
* Administrative & Quality Assurance
* Maintain operational templates, schedules, checklists and budgets.
* Manage invoices, purchase orders, payments and expense processes accurately and promptly.
* Collate participant feedback and produce supporting reports post-delivery.
* Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with the COO to develop and refine operational systems and processes.
* Partner with the wider Verosa team to uphold quality and deliver excellent client service.
Person Specification
Experience & Knowledge
* Solid experience in operations, project or programme management — ideally within Learning & Development or professional training, though not essential.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Skills & Abilities
* Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, warm and professional phone and email manner.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or event management tools an advantage.
* Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
