Overview
We are looking for a care manager to help run a nursing home that offers support to dementia and eldercare. The role is Monday to Friday (supernumerary) but you will also need to cover the floor as required and step into management duties occasionally.
Responsibilities
* Lead and guide newly qualified care staff.
* Cover the floor and step in for management when needed.
* Care plan management and clinical auditing.
* Assessment and staff recruitment.
Requirements
Senior care assistant experience in a larger nursing home, leadership and management skills.
