Job Description:

We're seeking an ambitious individual who is starting out on their career journey to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a positive, professional, and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 4 days per week.


Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Client Administration team in delivering high-standard, timely administration activities.
* Organising client review meetings, preparing meeting packs, and valuations.
* Handling post and front office activities as required.
* Collaborating and sharing best practices with colleagues.
* Identifying and reporting risks, breaches, or errors, ensuring they are logged and mitigated.


Qualifications:

* National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above (equivalent to GCSE in England).
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience in financial or professional services industry.
* Strong client service ethic.
* Studying towards Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and workload planning skills.
