About the Role: As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring homeowners receive exceptional service after they move into their new homes. You’ll act as the key liaison between customers, site teams, and contractors, ensuring all enquiries and issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer queries via phone and email, offering prompt and courteous assistance. * Coordinate and schedule remedial works with contractors and site teams. * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions. * Ensure that high standards of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. * Proactively follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved to a high standard. The Ideal Candidate: * Some experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within house building, construction, or property sectors. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A positive, solutions-focused attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
