IPRS Health has an extensive in-house team of multidisciplinary clinicians which, coupled with our carefully selected and managed national clinical network, can provide a first-class service, throughout the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to work with us in a hybrid role.
This is a Maternity cover position and therefore being offered on a fixed term basis.
This role will consist of 3 days a week onsite in a clinic within an occupational heath department. You will be responsible for treating those who work there to return to work/full fitness as quickly as able. You will also do functional capacity assessments, ergonomic desk assessments, line walks and liaise with the client when needed which will include attending meetings. You will also work from home 2 days a week working for one of our virtual physiotherapy clients.
Your success will enable staff to return/stay in work and can be measured by feedback and outcome measures.
As a physiotherapist for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for clinical duties towards your patients and client facing duties to ensure smooth running of the contract. Responsibilities will include:
Assessing and Treating patients with all required documentation completed
Managing your own caseload
Functional Capacity Assessments and DSE assessments
Joining in on site and clinical team meetings
Maximising capacity in clinic
Working with the virtual clinical team for a busy but rewarding virtual provision
Working to KPI's agreed with our clients

Qualifications:
Physiotherapy Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 3 years minimum post graduate experience
Knowledge: Musculoskeletal physiotherapy is essential.
Occupational Heath and virtual experience are desirable.

Salary: £35,000-£37,333 per annum (based on Full time 40 hours per week) Full-time and Part-time available, Permanent role
Standard hours 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday with no weekends, nights or bank holidays required!
