Role Summary:
xF0B7; Work with management to ensure training plans are in place and implemented
xF0B7; Supervision of technical Electrical team on:site
xF0B7; Act as point of contact for technical service delivery
xF0B7; Attend meetings to fulfil the role, such as Weekly E : minus meetings.
xF0B7; Plan and manage workload on shift; scheduling works based on priorities to ensure completion of
PPMs / CMs and reactive work orders within defined SLAs; highlight any concerns to Hard
Services Supervisor
xF0B7; Ensure high degree of communication at shift handover via verbal handover period, shift log book,
email and status board
xF0B7; Liaison with other FM Workplace Solutions service providers to provide an integrated service.
Provide timely customer feedback verbally face to face, email or calling card
xF0B7; Safe System of Work system to be followed, understood and implemented for each of your team
members in their day to day activities
xF0B7; Ensure compliance to client and GWS health and safety processes and procedures at all
times for all work carried out by GWS staff and sub:contractors
xF0B7; Carry out toolbox talks, workplace assessments and audits at required frequencies supporting Hard
Services Supervisor as required
xF0B7; Adherence to GWS business processes and procedures with correct financial approvals.
xF0B7; Ensure appropriate budgetary control is exercised on all spend (parts, tools, instruments,
training, PPE
xF0B7; Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations in accordance with KPI and Output measurements
xF0B7; Support / Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective
works arising
xF0B7; Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA
xF0B7; Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant books / documentation
xF0B7; Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate H and S processes and
client HSE standards
xF0B7; Conduct monthly self:assessment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance
requirements
xF0B7; Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or
concerns
xF0B7; Provide flexible support to the FM Operation areas around the UUK, UCP, UNS and ETC site.
xF0B7; Co:ordinate site waste and recycling arrangements
xF0B7; Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to
close out concerns, ensuring customer is kept appraised at all times
xF0B7; Act as deputy in the absence of line management
xF0B7; Provide and arrange cover for the operational team as defined by line management
xF0B7; Other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined
Experience Required:
xF0B7; Time served Electrical engineer with supervision experience
xF0B7; Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry
xF0B7; Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service
xF0B7; Strong PC skills : MS Office
xF0B7; Self:motivated and resourceful
xF0B7; Good administrative skills
xF0B7; Well organised
xF0B7; Good prioritisation and planning skills
xF0B7; Customer services experience
xF0B7; Ability to communicate at all levels
