Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + benefits

We are currently looking for a Section Engineer to work on a project based in West London.
The Section Engineer should be able to allocate tasks to Site Engineers and supervise task completion. They should ensure that Inspection and Test Plans, and Quality Check Sheets are completed, and that the works are delivered to specification.
They will oversee engineering requirements in the delivery of a section of work or a subcontract package, aiming to meet the construction programme as agreed with the Sub Agent. This role could potentially suit an experienced Site Engineer looking to step up.
Duties:
* Report to a Sub Agent and work with the Section Foreman to assess plant and resource requirements to meet site and office-based demands.
* Compile method statements and risk assessments, ensuring they are followed throughout the works.
* Ensure and check that the Site Engineer completes setting out in accordance with design.
* Ensure Design Drawings are marked up to reflect completed works.
* Identify, report, and manage any clashes on site to ensure smooth workflow.
* Regularly review procedures to improve efficiency.
Essential:
* Previous experience as a Section Engineer in station buildings or similar structures is essential.
* A solid background in Civil Engineering, specifically in Foundations and Fit-Out.
* Experience or exposure to Railway interface is advantageous but not essential.
