Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Improvement Co-ordinator to join the Primary Care Management Team and advance innovative Quality Improvement initiatives within the department.
You should have proven ability to coordinate complex projects successfully and manage multiple tasks within deadlines. You will oversee non-complex projects daily and lead change initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, teamwork, and a broad understanding of analyzing technical data are essential.
