Orion is a French inspired, British seafood-led restaurant in the heart of Wimbledon Village, led by Alex Webb.
We focus on fresh, seasonal British produce and seafood, cooked with care in an open kitchen with a Chefs Table. Were looking for a confident Chef de Partie to run a section and help deliver consistently high standards.
You will:
Run your section during prep and service
Cook across fish, meat, garnish, and pastry
Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient
Support the brigade during busy services
We are looking for:
Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience
Confidence with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen
Organised, reliable, and takes pride in your work
Passion for seafood and high-quality produce
Hours: 48-hour contract, 5 days out of 7, kitchen 10am11pm
