We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Business for our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. This is an exciting time to join the brand with new vehicles and significant growth forecasted for 2025.
While the title may vary across franchises, the responsibilities remain consistent. Reporting to the Toyota Brand Director, you will take overall responsibility for the dealership's performance.
Our goal in every aspect of the dealership is to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is paramount, and as a leader, you will ensure our customers receive the best experience. We are an electrifying, results-driven company committed to building enduring relationships with both our franchise partners and customers.
You will receive support from our Head Office team, including IT, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment, and Training departments.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the management team; responsible for the growth of Retail, Aftersales, and Fleet business.
2. Implement a customer satisfaction program to elevate your dealership above competitors.
3. Lead and develop the dealership team.
4. Develop strategic plans for sales, growth, quality, and profitability.
5. Ensure project success, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
About you
1. Extensive experience managing Retail, Fleet, and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
2. Previous experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
3. A proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
4. Proactive with strong commercial awareness to capitalize on sales and business opportunities.
5. Strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and passion for the brand.
