Partner Solutions Architect, Londonderry, Northern Ireland (Ref: E25-163) About the role The Partner Solutions Architect plays an important role in supporting revenue growth and expanding the Tungsten Automation ecosystem by serving as a technical advisor to existing and prospective partners, helping them create effective technology solutions that integrate with the Tungsten Automation Platform. In this role, the architect provides technical guidance throughout the solution development process, collaborates with partner technical teams, and follows established best practices to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable solutions. By working closely with technical and business stakeholders, the Partner Solutions Architect supports partners in building and implementing their solutions while contributing to partner enablement initiatives and helping deliver positive business outcomes that support digital transformation objectives for Tungsten and its partners. Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Development Support alliance architecture for mid-market and enterprise partnerships, contributing to technical roadmaps and integration strategies under senior guidance Participate in technical assessments for potential partnerships, conducting technology evaluations and providing technical recommendations to leadership Implement architectural standards and best practices for partner integrations, utilizing established frameworks and contributing to reusable components Collaborate with senior architects and technical leads, gaining experience and developing technical expertise Hands-On Technical Execution Design and develop integration solutions that meet scalability, performance, and security requirements for mid-market and enterprise customers Conduct technical assessment of Tungsten Automation product capabilities, working with Product Management to provide feedback on product features Develop integration solutions, including connectors and moderate complexity product enhancements with guidance from senior team members Follow technical governance standards for partner development initiatives, ensuring compliance with established architecture principles Technical Communication & Support Present technical solutions to technical stakeholders and mid-level management, explaining integration concepts and implementation approaches Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by supporting whitepaper development, participating in webinars, and assisting with technical presentations Support customer technical sessions and solution demonstrations for mid-market accounts and prospects Implement proven integration approaches and contribute to competitive technical positioning Project Collaboration Support cross-functional initiatives across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams Participate in project teams for partnership launches and customer implementations under senior leadership Assist in developing enablement materials for Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Partner organizations Support customer implementation success by providing technical guidance during deployment and optimization phases Market Analysis & Business Support Conduct technical market research to identify integration trends and partnership opportunities with guidance from senior team members Support Alliance teams in evaluating partnerships by providing technical feasibility assessments Assist in sales cycles for deals requiring integration components and custom technical solutions Contribute to revenue growth through effective technical solution development and partner support Required Qualifications and Experience Preferred Qualifications Basic industry certifications in relevant technologies (Salesforce Administrator, AWS Cloud Practitioner, etc.) Familiarity with Tungsten Automation/Kofax products or document processing/automation platforms Some experience in customer-facing technical roles or partner support activities Interest in developing thought leadership and technical expertise in enterprise integration Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline; Master's degree or technical certifications preferred Minimum 4-7 years of experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, or enterprise software development Minimum 2-3 years in technical roles with some experience in client-facing or partnership activities Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API design, and service-oriented architecture concepts Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar business applications Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and basic security frameworks Understanding of data integration concepts, basic ETL processes, and integration patterns Familiarity with modern development approaches, containerization concepts, and agile methodologies Required Knowledge and Skills Communication & Collaboration Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and support complex technical projects Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences Good communication abilities to explain integration solutions and technical approaches to partners and customers Effective relationship building skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders Analytical & Problem-Solving Capabilities Solid analytical thinking with ability to understand business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions Experience supporting projects with budgets in the hundreds of thousands to low millions range Strong troubleshooting skills for integration challenges and technical issues Customer-focused mindset with interest in partner and customer success While the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business qualifications Job Location Londonderry remote role.
