Key Responsibilities
1. Lead multi-country promotional program execution across regulatory, market access, medical affairs, sales operations, and omnichannel marketing.
2. Oversee field team performance, vendor management, and program governance to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
3. Manage project-level P&L and drive operational efficiency across execution layers.
4. Develop and implement strategic launch plans for new pharmaceutical brands.
5. Ensure alignment with contractual KPIs and full risk model obligations.
6. Serve as a strategic interface between commercial, medical, regulatory, and operational teams.
7. Drive performance metrics, coaching programs, and incentive structures to enhance productivity.
8. Champion digital transformation and omnichannel strategies to optimize HCP engagement.
9. Lead adoption of advanced CRM platforms, data-driven insights, and digital engagement tools.
Qualifications & Experience
10. Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
11. Proven success in commercial operations across multiple international markets.
12. Expertise in brand strategy, regulatory affairs, market access, and vendor management.
13. Strong background in financial oversight and P&L accountability.
14. Experience leading large, diverse field teams and implementing performance-driven structures.
15. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and digital engagement tools.
