As part of the introduction of a centralised Environment Management function, we’re looking for an Environment Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how our non-production environments are managed across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of ensuring our environments are fit for purpose, efficient, and aligned to business needs, supporting both project delivery and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating and managing non-production environments to support project and operational demand
2. Working closely with project and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective environment solutions
3. Acting as a key point of contact to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
4. Owning and managing environment refresh activities, ensuring data compliance (including PII) and alignment across systems
5. Providing and managing user access to non-production environments
6. Creating and maintaining environment processes, templates, maps, and usage calendars
7. Supporting test defect resolution and environment-related challenges
8. Driving continuous improvement, introducing new ideas and enhancing existing processes
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines technical understanding with strong stakeholder engagement skills, and who can confidently operate in a complex IT landscape.
You’ll likely bring:
9. Experience in an Environment Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, or similar IT role
10. Strong understanding of environment management principles and processes
11. Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
12. Experience working within complex, integrated IT environments
13. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
14. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the norm and drive change
Ideally, you’ll also have:
15. Experience within Devops or DevSecOps environments
16. Familiarity with CI/CD practices
17. An ITIL qualification
18. Understanding of GDPR and data compliance in environment management
