Job Summary
To own and drive the digital design vision of the learning experience offering, providing thought leadership in creating and curating impactful and innovative learning experiences to address knowledge, skill, performance, and behavior gaps.
This role manages all branding, including safeguarding visual content quality and integrity, collaborating cross-departmentally with the People Team COEs and external agencies.
It is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to align digital learning initiatives with business strategies.
Responsibilities
* Create, organize, and maintain a centralized knowledge base for Talent Development digital content, ensuring quality, governance, and learner experience focus.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to support business growth and act as the point of contact for digital content and new business challenges.
* Lead innovation strategies, ensuring learning solutions are designed according to market trends and deliver value.
* Research, design, and develop diverse learning experiences, including content creation and curation.
* Develop and review standards, processes, and tools to ensure objectives are met and experiences are continuously improved.
* Stay updated on new learning technologies and market trends, benchmarking internal practices against industry standards.
* Demonstrate thought leadership and innovative practices, implementing new technologies based on impact assessments.
* Manage external vendor partnerships, including sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management, with budget oversight.
* Design experiences with a human-centered approach, partnering with internal teams and vendors for tooling, testing, and engagement.
* Lead, coach, and mentor the team on digital content utilization within learning offerings.
* Lead project teams, fostering collaboration between SMEs, stakeholders, and team members to deliver effective learning experiences on time.
* Continuously update personal knowledge and skills, benchmarking against market developments.
Years of relevant Job Knowledge
Advanced Knowledge (5-8 years)
Requirements of special knowledge/skills
* 5+ years experience in learning digital design and content curation
* Excellent knowledge of learning design methodologies and technologies, with the ability to create impactful solutions at scale
* Proficient in developing storyboards, scripts, and instructional texts in English
* Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of navigating a fast-paced, complex environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
* Experience in team leadership and coaching at various levels
* Business and customer-centric mindset, agile in responding to needs
* Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize complex requirements across multiple projects
* Proven ability to build relationships, secure buy-in, and succeed in dynamic environments
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in procurement negotiations
