We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our Service department in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and 'right first time' repairs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various engineering software tools. MOT tester ideal but not essential. This role involves working on diverse projects that require both technical expertise and creativity in problem-solving. You will be required to work Monday - Friday 8:00 to 17:30 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00 to 12:00. This is a full time contract with weekly or monthly pay. The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing and vehicle repairs. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.
Operate and maintain various mechanical systems and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Jaguar & Land Rover products.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
Perform vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments of repairs needed
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles is advantageous.
Hold a full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
