Contract Support AdministratorLocation: UKJob Type: Full-timeA great opportunity for an experienced Facilities or Contract Support Administrator to join a well-established Facilities Management provider. You will support the coordination of reactive maintenance and across a busy contract portfolio, ensuring smooth workflow between engineers, subcontractors and clients.The Role:Act as the first point of contact for service requests via phone/email.Log, prioritise and manage reactive and tasks using the CAFM system.Allocate work to engineers and subcontractors, tracking progress through to completion.Maintain accurate CAFM records, asset data, and compliance documentation.Issue PPM schedules, book specialist visits, and chase service reports.Keep electronic contract files fully audit-ready.Support Contract Managers with statutory and compliance administration.Raise and track purchase orders in Xero, process invoices, and resolve basic PO queries.About you:Experience in an FM Helpdesk or Contract Support role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Confident working independently while being part of a wider FM team.Essential: CAFM system experience within the FM environment.Desirable: Knowledge of MRI Evolution, E-Logbooks, or Ventify.Beneficial: Experience raising purchase orders using Xero.GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.Essential: Due to location of the business you will NEED TO DRIVE.What's on Offer:Competitive salary depending on experience and system capability.Structured onboarding and full systems/process training.Supportive, friendly team environment with clear workflows.Strong working relationships with Contract Managers and engineering teams.
