The role
As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between ambitious client goals and world‑class creative execution. You’ll own the day‑to‑day delivery of workstreams, ensuring every project is on brief, on budget, and ahead of schedule. You aren't just a coordinator; you are a proactive partner who builds trust and drives momentum.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, becoming an indispensable partner to their business.
* Brief creative and strategy teams with precision to ensure our output is as sharp as the brandsli>
* Manage timelines and budgets across multiple workstreams with total accuracy.
* Bring fresh market insights and sports‑retail trends to the table to help shape future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a fast‑paced creative agency or marketing environment.
* A genuine passion for sports and retail.
* Client management, budget tracking, and timeline control.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to support and motivate others to achieve their goals.
* Comfortable working with international teams and willing to travel frequently to the EU.
* A collaborative problem‑solver who anticipates hurdles before they appear.
* Confidence using Google tools and project management platforms.
