An anonymous client is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee multiple minor works projects (up to £100,000) across their Filton and Newport sites. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and financial control, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and deliver minor works projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and deadlines.
* Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety standards.
* Apply financial controls including margin management, cost tracking, and final account negotiation.
* Identify and manage project risks, reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety policies, and operational procedures.
* Evaluate project outcomes to support continuous improvement.
