About the role
My client, a well-established Managed Service Provider, is looking for a confident and technically strong 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to support a key customer based in London Bridge. This role is primarily on-site, with one or two days a week working from home.
You will be supporting modern cloud technologies, managing devices through Intune, working across Microsoft 365, troubleshooting user issues, and taking ownership of more complex tickets as the technical escalation point on site.

* Intune / Endpoint Manager (enrolment, compliance, policies, app deployment)

* Windows 11 builds and configurationDevice builds, imaging, upgrades, and hardware support
* Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
* Remote monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and user escalations
What we are looking for
* Solid experience in a 2nd Line support role within an MSP
* Strong troubleshooting ability across Microsoft 365 and Intune
* Confidence working on site with end-users and managing escalated issues
* Excellent communication and a customer-first approach
* A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of technical issues
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern workplace environments
