Programme FacilitatorLocation: HMP NorthumberlandSalary : £29,000 Per AnnumMake a Real DifferenceWe are looking for a motivated and resilient Programme Facilitator to join the Rehabilitation team at HMP Northumberland. In this role, you will deliver accredited intervention programmes designed to help individuals understand and change behaviours linked to offending.This is a rewarding opportunity to support rehabilitation, promote positive change, and contribute to reducing reoffending by helping individuals develop the skills and thinking needed to build a crime-free future.About the RoleAs a Programme Facilitator, you will deliver structured group programmes and interventions in line with national standards and audit requirements.
