JOB TITLE: Card Scheme – Finance Manager
SALARY: as per pay range
LOCATION: Bristol Harbourside
ADDITIONAL LOCATION: Edinburgh Princes Exchange
HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least
two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Join a bold, high-profile team at the heart of Commercial Banking Finance, where your creativity, curiosity, and commercial acumen will drive impact as our new Card Scheme Finance Manager.
The role will support stakeholders across the BCB & CIB business and finance, providing financial guidance on Card Scheme (Visa / Mastercard) partner activities. Support will include forecasting, regular reporting, investment & cost management, and liaising with Finance & Business colleagues on Scheme activity.

Responsibilities involve:

7. Support finance business partners with scheme-related analysis, business case creation, and insight generation.

11. Curious and eager to learn about business processes, with the courage to challenge and deliver valuable insights.
12. Committed to continuous improvement and fostering a growth mindset to enhance operations and value delivery.
13. Relevant experience in a similar team or scheme environment, supported by a finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent commercial experience e.g. 5+ years.
