QV Systems is searching for a motivated mid-level Technical Delivery Manager with a solid technical grounding, capable of owning project delivery end-to-end while coordinating resources and communicating confidently across both technical and business teams. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who can bring the right people together, keep delivery moving, and ensure technical and business teams are aligned throughout.
Main Responsibilities
Project Delivery
* Own the full delivery lifecycle from initiation through to closure across multiple concurrent projects.
* Maintain accurate project plans, risk logs, and status reporting for internal and client‑facing stakeholders.
* Run sprint ceremonies or project checkpoints depending on delivery methodology in use.
* Proactively manage scope, timeline, and budget – escalating issues early.
Technical Facilitation
* Bring together developers, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to drive decisions and unblock progress.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and scoping sessions, ensuring the right voices are in the room and outcomes are clearly captured.
* Create the conditions for technical teams to do their best work – removing blockers, resolving ambiguity, and maintaining momentum.
* Act as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating effectively in both directions without being the technical authority.
Resource Coordination
* Maintain visibility of team capacity across active delivery projects.
* Coordinate task allocation and flag conflicts or overloads to senior management.
* Support onboarding of contractors or new team members into live projects.
Contribute to growth strategy by:
* Constantly challenging the Status Quo to do things better.
* Encouraging and documenting process improvements.
* Championing our products to provide excellent after‑care to all customers.
* Contribute to building and improving the QA standards at QV.
* Enhance knowledge of QA processes through independent and supported learning at QV.
Information Security
* Understanding and following the guidelines in the Information Security Policy and Company Handbook.
Jobholder Requirements
* 3–5 years of delivery or project management experience in a technology‑led environment.
* Demonstrable technical literacy – comfortable reading specs, user stories, and system documentation.
* Experience facilitating workshops, scoping sessions, and cross‑functional meetings.
* Experience with both agile and structured (waterfall/hybrid) delivery approaches.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
* Self‑starter who takes ownership without waiting to be directed.
Technical Skills – Desirable
* Background in a technical discipline (development, QA, business analysis, or systems).
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
* PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or equivalent agile certification.
* Exposure to vendor or third‑party resource management.
* Clear communicator who can adapt their style for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Natural facilitator who draws out the best in a room rather than dominating it.
* Collaborative team player who builds trust quickly across disciplines.
* Pragmatic problem‑solver – finds a way through rather than around.
* Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Proactive in identifying risks and escalating issues before they become problems.
* Committed to delivering quality outcomes for the business and its customers.
What you’ll gain
* Broad exposure to all aspects of running a SaaS business – not just your function.
* Real influence – in a growing company, your voice and ideas genuinely shape how we work.
* Hands‑on SaaS experience in a fast‑growing fintech with diverse customers.
* Mentorship from experienced leadership team.
* Industry expertise in automotive and asset finance technology.
* Visibility – direct access to senior leadership and involvement in strategic discussions.
* Professional development through £1,000 annual training budget.

* You’ll love working here if you: Want to make a real impact and see the direct results of your work.
