Responsibilities
* Support in delivering business operational objectives.
* Collate and report on a range of data/metrics for the Board and regional management teams.
* Support colleagues with HR system queries in an accurate and timely manner.
* Support line managers to enable self-service where required.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring queries are dealt with to a high professional standard.
Requirements
* Experience of working in a busy HR operations/enquiries team is essential.
* Strong HR administration experience.
* Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with Oracle is essential.
