Job Advert: Site Welder / Fabricator (MIG & TIG)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Site Welder / Fabricator with strong experience in MIG and TIG welding. This role involves on-site fabrication, installation, repairs, and general welding work across a variety of industrial, commercial, and construction environments.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, able to interpret drawings, and capable of producing clean, high-quality welds with a focus on safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
* Carry out on-site fabrication and installation work
* Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
* Fabricate, assemble, and fit metal components
* Complete repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks
* Ensure safe working practices at all times
* Work collaboratively with site teams, contractors, and supervisors
Skills & Experience Required
1. Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding
2. Strong fabrication skills and competent use of workshop tools
3. Ability to work on-site and manage work independently
