Duties to include:
1. Schedule meetings and appointments
2. Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
3. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
4. Organise office operations and procedures
5. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
6. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
7. Provide general support to visitors
8. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
9. Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
10. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
11. Provide administration support to all project team members in a variety of project tasks as and when required to include raising of purchase orders, variations, bank line requisitions, pre-qualification questionnaires, organising and taking minutes for project/ team meetings, submitting of expenses, photography labelling and filing.
12. Provide ad hoc administration assistance as directed by the Director of Projects and Sales
