Facilities/Maintenance Engineer The Facilities Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support and advice, ensuring the smooth and timely repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. In addition, provide engineering support for building services and function to maintain building standards. Duties & Responsibilities Working in a cross functional team to ensure efficient operation of critical and automated systems. This includes reviewing performance history and maintenance history to continue to make ongoing improvements to efficiency. Ensuring that all building services are maintained and are operating to a high standard, including all preventative maintenance work orders are completed on time and all demand maintenance work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. To lead quality investigations relating to facilities, utilities and critical equipment. The ability to take the lead and facilitate system upgrades and provide guidance to a cross functional project team. Planning and overseeing small building and new equipment projects.
