Skills and Experience: NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) with extensive specialist experience in Oncology/Breast cancer as a senior nurse/CNS or ANP. Passionate about improving outcomes and experiences for people with breast cancer through the formulation of patient-centred care planning. Skilled in team leadership, with a proven ability to inspire, develop and manage others. Confident in autonomous clinical decision-making and service development.
