Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the home's positive image.
* Reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional states.
* Supporting with supplies for activities.
* Building links with the local community to promote intergenerational activities.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will embody caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability. You should have:
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* An understanding of how interactions influence well-being.
* A positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to stimulating activities.
* Experience working with older adults in a residential or dementia setting.
