About the role This is a unique dual role combining teaching excellence with team leadership. Youll: Lead the day-to-day delivery of our Progression courses (Entry Level to Level 2) Inspire and support a team of passionate teaching staff Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that help students succeed Play a key role in student recruitment, progress and outcomes Support learners with a range of needs, including those facing barriers to education Drive a positive, supportive and high-performing learning environment Youll also work closely with colleagues across the College, helping to ensure outstanding student experience, achievement and progression. About you Youll be someone who: Is a passionate educator with a track record of delivering high-quality teaching Has experience supporting young people, particularly those with additional or pastoral needs Is confident leading and motivating others Can manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning culture Is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and student success A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and relevant subject expertise are essential.
