Receptionist
Winterton Dental are excited to offer the opportunity for a receptionist to join us.
Duties will include:
Greeting patients with reassurance and positivity.
Booking appointments, face to face and by telephone.
Productively managing the appointment books.
Responding to email and telephone communications.
Processing payments
Supportive administrative tasks.
Possible decontamination of instruments (full training provided).
You should have :
competent IT skills
Excellent communication skills.
Be a team player.
Positive outlook.
You would be joining a supportive, happy and caring team.
Experience : 1 year in a customer focused environment.
