The Role As a Principal Associate Court of Protection Solicitor, you will take responsibility for managing your own caseload while also supporting colleagues on more complex and high-value matters. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a varied Court of Protection caseload Dealing with complex Court of Protection matters Preparing court bundles and legal documentation Liaising with clients, the Court of Protection and third parties Handling deputyship applications for health and welfare Undertaking legal research and providing technical guidance About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be a qualified Court of Protection Solicitor with relevant experience Operating at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level currently Demonstrate a strong commitment to Court of Protection and Private Client work Have excellent communication and client-care skills Be empathetic, professional and confident working with vulnerable clients Be ready to step into a senior role within a busy Court of Protection team The Firm Our client is a national, multi-site specialist law firm with a strong reputation in Court of Protection and Private Client work.
