About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the Coventry Locality. You’ll be supporting individuals to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives—every single day.
You will help people with a range of needs, including:

1. Learning disabilities
2. Autism
3. Mental health needs
4. Physical health conditions

Every day is different, and your support may include:

5. Personal care
6. Cooking, cleaning & household tasks
7. Medication support
8. Budgeting, shopping & attending appointments
9. Helping people build confidence and independence
10. Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines

You’ll be part of a supportive team, but may also work independently at times — and you’ll have the chance to build real, lasting connections that truly make a difference.

We’ll support you to learn, grow and develop throughout your career.

🕒 Shifts You Can Expect

We offer shifts on a rota, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

You will be working a variety of shifts across the locality; Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull

🌱 Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be experienced—we’ll give you full training and support. What really matters is your attitude and commitment.

Driver Required with a full UK license.
