Office Services Assistant
US law firm seeks an enthusiastic temporary Office Services Assistant to provide office support for an initial 12-week period starting ASAP.
* To £27,000 pro-rata
* Starting immediately
* 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities of the Office Services Assistant:
* Delivering and sorting of incoming mail, hourly internal mail rounds
* Sending pouches to the Firms’ international offices and collection and delivery of incoming pouches and couriers
* Franking outgoing mail, including processing special delivery and recorded deliveries
* Sending and tracking of international and local couriers
* Replying to emailed and telephone requests
* Reprographics: Hard copying, digital printing, bible creation, cd burning, binding, lamination
* Paper stocks and toner changes for floor copiers
* Consumables and paper replenishment
* Responding to reports of technical issues with copiers; coordinate engineer call out if required London
* Records scanning including creation of batches and dealing with documents recalls
* Recycling and shredding tasks
* Conference room set ups
Key Requirements of the Office Services Assistant:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a Legal or Professional Services environment
* Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, with an approachable and friendly attitude
* IT literate and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
