Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Bank Support Workers! As a Bank Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live their best lives possible. We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.12 per hour! Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: We’re looking for candidates who are caring, dedicated, love working with people and share the values that make our charity so special. Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need to succeed! You’ll be able to come to work every day and use the very best of your personality and skills, as you support people who share your interests to do the things they love the most. We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
