Our Client is a very successful pharmaceutical company. They are now seeking a QA Officer. This position is a full-time permanent role and will be based near Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
Job Purpose
* An opportunity has arisen for a QA Officer to join the Quality Assurance team.
* The role will be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. System administrator of eQMS (DOT Compliance computer system).
2. QA representative for ERP, IT and CSV department QMS activities.
3. Co-ordinating, monitoring and preparing KPI reports on the Diomed QMS.
4. Act as administrator & primary contact for the eQMS processes.
5. Act as trainer for the eQMS processes and QA Induction for staff at the site (Change Controls, Deviations & Quality Events)
6. Supplier Performance reviews computer systems
7. Performing internal audits across GxP areas
8. Perform QA review of DQA procedures/work instructions.
9. Management of sites QA Training Matrix.
10. Maintenance of Adobe Risk Register and user list.
11. Signix administrator and trainer.
