Job summary
Having grown rapidly both insupporting our PCNs and in the clinical services we provide we are looking togrow our finance team, this role brings the opportunity to work autonomouslybut with support and development from our Head of Finance and Senior ManagementAccountants and utilising our book keep team.

Main duties of the job
1. Producing management accounts includingcommentary
2. Accruals, deferredincomeandprepayments
3. Assisting with the production of theP&L
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Assisting with budgets and forecasting
6. Presenting accounts on a quarterly basis toeach PCN BoardInter-company reconciliation andanalysis

Job Description Management Accountant

Reports to: Head of Finance
Responsible to: Head of Finance
Proposed salary: Band on the ABC pay scale, which is equivalentto £41, - £48, per annum dependent on experience (pro rata)
Hours of work: Part time or Full time considered 15 to hours perweek
Tenure: Permanent
Base: ABC HQ based in Horley, Surrey however we support remote flexibleworking and can provide everything needed for predominantly home working

29. To take on full responsibility for thepreparation and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts along withbusiness commentary on aquarterlybasis to a high standard
30. The preparation of accurate P&L, BalanceSheetandvarianceanalysis
31. Responsible for the preparation and review ofthe budgets and forecasts
32. Produce business cash flow
33. The review and posting of inter-companytransfers
34. Development of systems and processes

Qualifications
Essential
36. A recognised UK accountancy qualification (CIMA, AAT, ACA) part qualified considered
Experience

37. Previous experience of working in a finance team
38. Experience of budgeting and cash flow

39. Experience of managing multiple company accounts would be advantageous
