We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Reception and Administration Apprentice to join our team. As an apprentice, you will develop your skills and gain hands‑on experience in office administration, customer service and reception duties. You will work closely with the Reception and Administration teams to support the smooth running of the office while learning key skills that will contribute to your future career development.

* No prior experience required – just enthusiasm and commitment
Person Specification
* Educated to at least GCSE standard including Maths and English Grade C/5 or above
* Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work in a confidential manner
* Flexible and proactive in approach
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with students
* Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing
* Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Proven IT and keyboard skills
* Ability to work as part of a team with interpersonal skills
