Part-Time Customer Service Administrator – Export Team
Location: Stonehouse, Gloucester
Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible schedule, excluding full-day Fridays)
Salary: £27,000 FTE

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck in? Our food production business is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support our busy export team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
Processing client orders and ensuring accuracy
Assisting with admin and paperwork related to EU and global shipments
Scheduling shipments and liaising with our dispatch team
Working closely with our planning and distribution teams
Completing essential export documentation and supporting smooth international operations

No export experience required – full training provided on the job
