Our client, a respected and fast-growing wealth management firm, is looking for a proactive and personable Client Services Associate to join their team in Wakefield. The Role
As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will shape the experience clients receive from the very first interaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on proactive engagement, relationship building, and high-quality service delivery primarily over the phone. Your focus will be on structured outbound calling, client engagement, and supporting advisers with accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building (Primary Focus)
* Make proactive outbound calls to clients before, during, and after adviser meetings
* Build rapport and maintain strong ongoing relationships
* Manage inbound enquiries and ensure clients receive timely, high-quality resolutions
* Support client communication strategies, including event invites and follow-ups
Operational & Administrative Support
* Manage and coordinate adviser diary schedules, including appointment preparation
* Maintain and update the central client database to support re-engagement
* Use Salesforce CRM for workflow and communication
* Liaise with external organisations to obtain relevant plan or scheme information
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Mandatory: Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on outbound telephony
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering excellent client experiences
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear and confident communication skills (phone and written)
* A team-focused attitude aligned with values such as ownership, drive, and collaboration
