Broadview is a 5-bedded children's home providing a safe and structured environment for children and young people with ASD and learning difficulties. Our aim is to enable them to enjoy their lives and learn valuable skills for independent living.
As part of Aspris Children’s Services, we are proud of the career pathways and training opportunities we offer. We ask that you demonstrate the values, transferable skills, and life experience needed for this role, and in return, we will provide all the necessary training and support for your progression.
Ideally, you will have experience of general labouring skills and handyperson work, along with the following characteristics:
* Communication: Your role may involve interacting with young people who may display emotional behavioral difficulties, autism, ADHD, and related challenges.
* Organisation: You will need to supervise the staff team, keep accurate records, log issues on internal systems, and stay up-to-date with routine maintenance checks.
* Attentiveness: No two jobs are the same, so being attentive to understand tasks and identify areas where support is needed is important.
Above all, we provide a supportive and collaborative working environment where you can flourish in your career and feel rewarded by helping those in need.
If you want to progress your career, Aspris Children’s Services will help you get there.
