We're looking for two Building Surveyor Team Leads to join our Architecture & Building Consultancy team within Kier Design and to manage a team of Building Surveyors based out of our offices in Speke or Nottingham/Lincoln .
Location: Speke or Nottingham/Lincoln – hybrid working is available, blending working remotely with working from the office.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
Salary: Starting from £52,000 per annum

What will you be responsible for?
As a Building Surveying Team Lead, you'll take ownership of delivering and managing the delivery of high-quality Building Surveying services to a diverse client base, ensuring all work meets statutory requirements, HSE standards and industry best practice. You'll carry out surveys, produce insightful reports and provide expert advice on building condition, compliance and development opportunities, while leading feasibility studies and shaping solutions across refurbishment and redevelopment projects. You'll also design and specify works, support procurement and manage contracts (JCT/NEC) through to successful delivery. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in building client relationships, supporting business growth and leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
